Following the Level 3 Restrictions placed due to COVID-19, eDental now provide Teleconsultations. This allows patients to have consultations over the phone with one of our trusted providers, helping diagnose dental issues and plan solutions all within the comfort of your own home.
Please keep in mind that there may be some limitations to a diagnosis, as we are unable to complete our normal diagnostic tests and that our professional judgement is largely influenced by a patient’s ability to describe their condition.
The Teleconsultation fee is $55.
Please note, not all private health funds will offer rebate this service.
